Role Overview

Own the revenue engine at Blueprints AI. You'll build and run our go-to-market motion from pipeline generation and sales strategy to customer onboarding and expansion. You'll turn early traction into a repeatable, scalable growth machine. Ideal for an operator who's sold technical products to construction or architecture teams and wants to shape how AI gets adopted in one of the world's largest and least-digitized industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute pipeline strategy across outbound, inbound, partnerships, and events.
  • Run sales cycles for technical buyers: discovery, demos, pilots, procurement, and expansion.
  • Build onboarding and success motions that turn pilots into long-term, referenceable customers.
  • Instrument funnel metrics, forecasting, and feedback loops with product and leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • You have sold complex, technical products into construction, architecture, engineering, or adjacent markets.
  • You are hands-on in early-stage environments — you sell, enable, and improve the playbook.
  • You communicate with clarity and credibility to executives, practitioners, and partners.

Nice to Have

  • Experience launching new categories or bringing emerging tech to conservative buyers.
  • Network across owners, GCs, design firms, or building product vendors.
