Templated or repetitive projects typically use 50–150 credits per sheet for residential and 100–400 per sheet for commercial. Fully custom projects without a template use a wider range: 120–500 credits per sheet for residential and 300–800 per sheet for commercial. Credit usage scales with output type, project type, complexity, sheet count, and processing tier. The majority go to generating the first output of a project. Chatting with the model and processing input files use only a small amount. Revisions scale with the size of the change: markup edits are typically light, while larger scope changes consume more.

A generation is one complete drawing package produced from your design inputs. Examples: a permit set, an MEP package, or a structural sheet set. Credits scale with sheet count and processing tier (standard or fast).

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade mid-cycle and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Unused credits roll over.

Is our project data secure?

Yes. All project files are encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not use your project data to train models. Enterprise plans include on-premise deployment options for firms with strict data governance requirements.
